Overview
In this role you drive sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory, managing key accounts and pursuing new business for BSI’s certification and training services. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to nurture relationships, monitor market needs, and close opportunities. The position offers exposure to senior decision-makers and a chance to contribute to a global standards and training portfolio. You will help shape growth while supporting sustainable, client-centric initiatives.

Responsabilità
- Achieve sales targets for Certification and Training offerings
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, including C-level stakeholders
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Grow and retain existing accounts with high customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitors,
and client needs
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and reporting
- Support and execute strategic sales initiatives across the territory
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7 to 15 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in new business development and account management
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers (C-suite)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Background in TIC, certification, consulting, or training services is a plus
- Degree-level education or equivalent
- Native Italian speaker with good command of English
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret financial and sales data
