Overview
In this role you will plan and oversee quality activities at the production site, conducting audits and ensuring compliant documentation. You will coordinate checks across warehouse, production and support functions, manage the SOP program, and train site operators through structured audits. You’ll drive continuous improvement using data to support decisions, while upholding ISO and regulatory requirements. This position offers hands-on impact in protecting product quality and enabling safe, compliant operations.

Responsabilità
- Plan quality activities within the production site and perform audits per the Quality Management Plan
- Coordinate checks across warehouse, production and support functions
- Ensure proper document management and adherence to regulatory and operational requirements
- Lead periodic SOP reviews and drive program improvements
- Plan, facilitate and verify training of site operators through audits
- Support customer audits and PPAP processes in line with IATF standards
- Verify raw material certificates, manage supplier quality audits and non-conformities
- Maintain quality data systems, control charts, corrective actions database and monthly/annual reports
- Keep SOPs, testing methods and site quality documentation up to date
- Support site certifications (QUALICOAT, MED, ISO9001) and related management tasks
- Post-hoc: manage and monitor testing/calibration of measuring instruments
- Promote employee engagement in quality through targeted training and audits
- Assist Plant Quality Manager during audits and maintain digital platforms for documentation
