Overview
In this role you drive the golf and leisure segment’s commercial growth in key international markets, partnering with B2B travel trade players. You’ll shape strategies, expand the client base, and represent the brand at top industry events. You will manage partner relationships, contracts, and performance across global tour operators and luxury agencies. This is a chance to influence golf tourism in a premium hospitality group with a strong cross‑border footprint.
Responsabilità
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Golf & Leisure segment across UK, Germany, Scandinavia, and Benelux
- Manage and strengthen relationships with golf tour operators and B2B travel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
- Represent the company at major industry trade shows and workshops (IGTM, ITB Berlin, WTM London)
- Organize and host familiarization trips (FAM trips) and educational visits for tour operators and buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist golf tour operators and luxury travel agencies
- Manage contracts, allotments, pricing policies, and commercial agreements
- Monitor partner performance and implement targeted business development initiatives
- Maintain an active network with key decision-makers in the golf travel industry
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in luxury golf resorts or specialist golf tour operators
- Strong knowledge of leading European golf tour operators and key source markets
- Experience with corporate golf groups and golf societies
- Proven experience managing B2B commercial agreements, including allotments, rate parity, and net/commissionable rates
- Familiarity with GDS/PMS systems and CRM platforms
- Fluent English; German or French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Passion for golf or active involvement in the sport
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in an international environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects
