For our Executive Programs, Research and Events Operation Office we are looking for a
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and championing our Executive Programs : she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants, working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Executive Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Executive Programs, ensuring seamless organizational support to Faculty as well as participants .

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACTIVITIES
- Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.);
- Deliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program;
- Manage teaching materials and the Program’s e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates;
- Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours,
seminars and course-related events;
- Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement;
- Collaborate effectively with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree;
- 3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English;
- International exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad;
- Strong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a people-oriented mindset;
- Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment;
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong service orientation and customer-centric approach.

(3 days in office + up to 2 days of lavoro da remoto after the first month)

The final compensation package will be defined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall professional background, in line with the University’s fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory compensation principles.
