Fleet & Depot PlannerResponsibilitiesPlanning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities. Timing them as first goalReporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow upKeep always Production teams informed about scheduled time slotsInterface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teamsSupervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetingsBeing informed about workshop infrastructure status,
especially about needed special tool to carry maintenance activity outCheck production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possibleVerification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out)Verification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Depot. Check and reporting of all delay reasonsBringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP systemReporting all cumulated delays and root cause of them.
