Overview
In this role you will join the eMobility service team to ensure the charging infrastructure stays available. You will perform remote and on-site technical activities, including commissioning and preventive/corrective maintenance, while coordinating with customers and internal teams to optimize the network. You will help drive reliable, safe charging experiences for customers and support continuous improvement across the network. This is a growth-focused, hybrid position within Siemens’ customer services culture, offering opportunities to impact the mobility infrastructure at scale.

Responsabilità
- optimize the customer’s charging network
- interact with Factory and HQ to align on issues
- perform remote and on-site commissioning and maintenance
- collaborate with customers to ensure continuous network availability
- provide regular follow-up and support to customers
Requisiti fondamentali
- experience in e-mobility/electrical topic
- High-School Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
