Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you manage a defined set of major customers across the TD SYNNEX portfolio to maximize revenue, profitability, and strategic opportunities. You act as a trusted advisor, driving growth through cross-functional collaboration and high-level engagements with decision-makers. You develop strategic plans, negotiate high-value opportunities, and ensure strong relationships and service levels. This role combines account planning, digital platforms, and executive-facing value propositions to shape business outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Develop and manage large/strategic accounts with growth opportunities and complexity
- Maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers through face-to-face visits
- Create and execute strategic plans to drive current business and growth
- Negotiate high-value customer engagements successfully
- Identify incremental business through strong customer relationships
- Coordinate internal resources across sales, operations, and SBUs
- Identify project opportunities with Business Development Management
- Lead board-level engagement addressing business objectives
- Deliver value with margin-conscious product mix
- Identify customer needs and escalate when needed to relevant units
- Profile and analyze accounts to maximize opportunities and gather insights
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting and administration in TD SYNNEX systems (CRM)
- Promote and drive usage of InTouch e-commerce tool with customers
- Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements
- Create high-impact value propositions for C-level discussions
- Articulate objectives and outcomes for strategic, multi-stakeholder engagements
Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years of industry or direct customer experience
- Numerate with strong numerical skills
- Expert knowledge of services programs across multiple brands
- Outstanding customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to influence at C-level and act as a trusted advisor
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (Compass)
- Experience with SAP R3 is desirable but not essential
- Understanding of financial metrics (profit, margin, OI)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Knowledge of product sets is an advantage
- Previous IT industry experience is desirable
