Overview
In this role you oversee installation activities for rail systems, ensuring readiness, safety, and quality. You coach installation workers and subcontractors, supervise on-track and onboard work, and enforce processes and WMS compliance. You report progress, handle non-conformities, and support smooth handover to commissioning teams. You contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the product line, while upholding high safety standards.
Responsabilità
- Prepare installation work and confirm readiness (4M checklist)
- Train and support installation workers and subcontractors on fronts under responsibility
- Supervise installation execution on trackside and onboard, regardless of workforce (Alstom, subcontractors, customers)
- Ensure compliance with D&IS; Installation and FO Process
- Apply Work Method Statement (WMS) and installation procedures; report deviations
- Incorporate EHS requirements and special processes in the WMS
- Report field progress and issues, including non-conformities to Quality
- Ensure activities meet schedule, productivity, and quality standards
- Support handover to T&C; team / Customer
- Contribute to best practices and REX within Product Line
- Strictly enforce EHS rules by installation workers and subcontractors
