Overview
As a Senior Data Engineer at Moneyfarm, you will design and evolve our data platform to support ingestion, orchestration, and transformation at scale. You will build analytical data models that power analytics and AI capabilities, while phasing out legacy components to ensure data continuity. You’ll work closely with analysts, engineers, and product teams to solve complex data problems and enable data-driven decision making. This role offers a chance to shape Moneyfarm’s data culture and AI-powered capabilities in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsabilità
- Design, implement, and maintain data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation.
- Build and maintain analytical data models that are performant, scalable, and reliable.
- Contribute to decommissioning legacy components while ensuring data continuity for the business.
- Contribute to AI-powered capabilities of Moneyfarm’s Data Platform.
- Share best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing to grow the team.
- Collaborate with analysts, software engineers, and product teams to solve data problems and deploy ML/AI applications.
- Promote best practices to strengthen Moneyfarm’s data culture
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- BSc or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in fintech / wealth management
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
- SQL (deep proficiency)
