Overview
In this role you will lead the start-up and industrialization of a new MDO production line for CPP-films, collaborating with production, QC and R&D to bring new products to scale. You will ensure process stability, quality and efficiency while solving problems and deploying best practices. You will provide technical leadership and transfer knowledge to shopfloor teams, helping to drive a high-performing, cross-functional operation.
Responsabilità
- Lead the start-up and industrialization of the brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
- Collaborate with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products
- Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
- Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally in film
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience
- Strong operational mindset with hands-on work approach
- Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
- Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong team player and communicator able to connect with R&D; and production
