Overview
In this role you will drive timely patient access to CSL Behring therapies across Northern Italy, collaborating with regional health authorities, clinicians, patient groups and institutions. You will shape regional market access plans that align with national objectives and support formulary inclusion and patient pathways. You’ll operate in a visible, externally focused capacity, influencing policy, funding decisions and regional tenders to expand access for rare diseases like hemophilia and immunology. This position offers the chance to impact patient outcomes at a regional scale while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute regional market access strategies aligned with national objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with regional healthcare authorities, decision-makers, clinicians, patient associations and stakeholders
- Support inclusion of CSL products within regional formularies and patient access pathways
- Monitor regional healthcare policies, reimbursement frameworks, regulations,
and funding decisions to assess impact and opportunities
- Contribute to regional tender activities and support initiatives that facilitate patient access
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Tender, and Market Access to develop regional plans
- Provide insights on healthcare policy developments, stakeholder priorities, and regional access dynamics for decision-making
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related scientific discipline
- Experience in Regional Market Access or similar roles in pharma/biotech
- Strong understanding of the Italian healthcare system and regional access environment
- Proven ability to engage and influence regional stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a dispersed territory
- Professional proficiency in Italian and good command of English
- Experience in rare diseases, hemophilia, immunology, or specialty care is advantageous
