Overview
In this role you lead the development and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System across Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage Technology organization. You work with R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support to ensure quality processes meet standards and regulatory requirements. You will support audits, strengthen governance, and use data-driven insights to drive improvements. This is a global role with broad impact on safe, compliant, and reliable products, shaping quality practices across international teams.
Responsabilità
- Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with business requirements, standards, and regulations
- Standardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across R&D;, GPS, and Technology Centers to ensure consistent adoption and governance
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits; analyze findings and drive corrective actions for non-conformities
- Monitor R&D; and GPS process performance using metrics, data analysis, and statistical methods to identify trends, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Integrate customer feedback, lessons learned, NCR, and quality data into the IMS to strengthen processes and support continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and training to R&D; Quality Managers and relevant teams, promoting quality awareness and accountability of IMS requirements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering degree with strong experience in IMS, Quality Management Systems, or quality governance in complex industrial/tech environments
- Solid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, applicable regulations and standards, and change management for quality systems
- Experience conducting or supporting internal/external audits and managing non-conformities; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly valuable
- Experience in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, and standardization of cross-functional business processes
- Knowledge of R&D; and product development quality processes (Gate Models, APQP, NPI, or Global Product Support environments)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international setting; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management knowledge are valuable
