Overview
In this role you will lead the execution of study-level activities and oversight of trial delivery across countries, aligning feasibility and risk management with local teams. You will manage vendor relationships, trial documents, and program-level training while partnering with cross-functional experts to drive successful clinical studies. The role focuses on delivering trials efficiently within a global matrix environment and maintaining high standards for patient safety and data integrity. You will contribute to process improvements and support inspections, shaping how trials move from lab to life.

Responsabilità
- Create and update trial-specific documentation (e.g., monitoring guidelines, ICF, IMP-related docs)
- Vendor setup and management, including SOW and budget oversight
- Coordinate country/regional trial activities, align feasibility strategy with local teams, perform country-level risk reviews
- Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D; Medical Writing
- Provide input on trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues
- Mitigate trial risks and participate in cross-DU process improvements
- Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation at program level
- Mentor and onboard new Trial Management team members
- Foster Credo behaviors and employee engagement
Requisiti fondamentali
- BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries
- Experience in pharmaceutical development process and multiple phases of clinical trials (Phase I–IV)
- 2–3 years’ experience leading multiple aspects of global clinical trials
- Proven leadership to foster team productivity in a matrixed, multi-functional environment
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and mentor others
- Strong project planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Travel up to 15–20% of the time
