Overview

In this role, you will lead pricing strategy and governance to optimize margins and align commercial actions with market opportunities. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving data-driven decisions and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You’ll shape pricing frameworks, enhance sales processes, and monitor performance to uncover growth opportunities. This role offers impact through pricing discipline, commercial excellence, and strategic collaboration within a global healthcare organization.

Responsabilità

- Develop and implement pricing strategies, frameworks, and policies across regions and accounts
- Improve sales processes, tools, and ways of working to drive commercial excellence
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance,



and Operations to ensure alignment between strategy and field execution
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies, tender processes, and internal governance while mitigating contracting risks

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L; dynamics
- Ability to translate insights into actionable decisions
- Experience in pricing strategy and tender management
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, and analytical tools
- Influence and credibility with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Hospital procurement or healthcare market knowledge
