Overview

In this role you will help shape the core SparK platform at MotorK, driving architecture and execution with a hands-on approach. You will lead a small, high-caliber team and center AI-powered workflows to deliver measurable engineering leverage across a multi-tenant SaaS. You’ll own architecture decisions, review AI/agent work, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery while aligning with R&D priorities. This role offers the chance to influence data modeling, governance and system design at scale in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will collaborate across tribes to turn product value into tangible outcomes for customers and the business.

Responsabilità

- Own target architecture and make strategic build/retire/scale calls
- Remain hands-on with code review, testing, and SDLC tasks for AI initiatives
- Build and run the team's AI layer, aligning AI outputs with review standards
- Lead a 2–3 person squad, manage objectives, and drive engineer growth




- Coordinate with other tribes and stakeholders on goals, dependencies and trade-offs
- Replace manual engineering with agentic, scalable solutions
- Document interfaces, provide self-serve tooling, sandbox, and automated certification
- Unblock impediments and report using Agile/Lean metrics

Requisiti fondamentali

- Expert-level API design (REST/GraphQL)
- Event-driven architecture
- Data pipelines on AWS
- Hands-on application of AI/LLMs and agentic workflows in production
- Strong reliability and observability in high-volume multi-tenant SaaS
- Proven people management of a small senior team
- Effective stakeholder communication and cross-tribe alignment
- Ability to identify risk early and make independent decisions
- Coaching and development focus to grow engineers while maintaining quality
- Lead cross-tribe initiatives and ensure delivery against business value
