Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a strategic, results-driven Client Director to manage a few strategic accounts in the FSI sector. In this role, you will own the end-to-end commercial health, relationship management, and growth of a dedicated portfolio.
You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning our SaaS platform with their core business goals to drive high adoption, secure renewals, and expand annual recurring revenue.
You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients.
