Overview
As a Channel Sales Engineer for HPE Networking, you drive revenue with partners by blending technical leadership and business insight. You’ll promote AI-Native networking solutions, translate customer goals into technical designs, and influence both technical and business decisions. You’ll work with Partner Business Managers to align solutions with customer objectives and provide hands-on demonstrations and training. This hybrid role in Rome combines field impact with collaboration across teams to shape networking deployments and partner enablement.

Responsabilità
- Create awareness and drive preference for HPE products with channel partners
- Provide technical leadership and support in partner engagements
- Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and live demonstrations
- Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
- Build relationships with technical decision-makers and feedback to product teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years experience in sales engineering or a similar role (vendor or VAR)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel and adaptable working patterns
- Multicultural awareness and ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in Italian and English
