Overview

In this role you contribute to Lean projects across Quality, Operations and Process Engineering. You promote Lean philosophy, vision and expectations while building and sustaining training on Lean concepts. You will translate problems into practical improvements and help scale Lean practices across groups. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape continuous improvement efforts and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Responsabilità

- Contribute ideas to Lean projects: 5s, Kaizen and layout optimizations
- Promote Lean group philosophy across groups and teams
- Communicate Lean vision and expectations to stakeholders




- Develop and sustain employee training on Lean concepts

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Management Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering or Economics (variants)
- Passion for Lean Production, Operations and Innovations
- Well organized and team player
- Ability to turn problems into solutions
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of cyber security and information protection principles
