Overview
In this role you will oversee performance measurement and KPI-driven governance for the TDS organization. You will ensure the application of standard processes, develop reusable test patterns, and promote continuous improvement within project teams. You will manage workload, resources, and subcontracting strategies to secure on-time, high-quality deliveries. You will collaborate with Site CV management and drive KPI-based decisions to enhance project QCD and overall efficiency.
Responsabilità
- Apply standard processes and tools to improve domain efficiency in project development
- Define and share reusable test patterns for the TDS organization
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Manage traceability and configuration of tools used by the team
- Assign resources for project testing activities
- Oversee workload, including subcontracted work packages
- Contribute to subcontracting strategy with Sourcing
- Evaluate performance and set team objectives
- Define training plans aligned with team needs and Alstom strategy
- Propose investments to ensure project deliveries by the Site
- Monitor KPI-driven scope and inform on potential improvements
- Initiate and follow up action plans to resolve cross-project issues
