Overview

In this role you will drive testing activities to validate performance, safety, and reliability of rail systems. You will define test approaches, set up instrumentation, and analyze results to inform decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness and compliance with safety standards. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within a global leader shaping greener, smarter mobility.

Responsabilità

- Define the most appropriate test methodology and testing means
- Develop test operating modes and prepare test configurations
- Set up instrumentation (HW/SW) and prepare test installations
- Execute tests, analyze results and decide on repeat-testing if needed
- Prepare and verify test reports and problem reports
- Contribute to tool development for testing and ensure equipment calibration and readiness
- Ensure compliance with EHS rules (LockOut-TagOut)
- Support configuration readiness for functional testing
