In this Test Engineer role within Infineon’s Research & Development, you will design and optimize test solutions for semiconductor products using the Advantest V93K platform, collaborating with cross-functional engineers. You’ll contribute to test board development, test concepts, and release-sensitive packages for production, while supporting optimization to reduce test costs. Responsabilità
- Develop test programs using Advantest V93K tester platform
- Develop test boards for engineering and production environments
- Co-create test concepts with the Concept engineer
- Contribute to development projects with main project roles
- Provide production support for released test packages
- Perform test time evaluations to improve the cost of test
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proactive team player with initiative and collaboration
- Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications or equivalent
- At least 2+ years in test engineering, preferably mixed-signal on V93K
- Good knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment (preferably V93K) and electronics basics
- Proficient in programming (C++ required; Java/Python a plus) and AI tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and lab measurements
- Fluency in English
