Overview
As a Senior Engineer in Vector Renewables' Technical Advisory team, you will provide expert technical oversight across the full lifecycle of PV and BESS projects from Milan. You will perform desktop analysis, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, and travel to client sites. Your work supports project development, due diligence, and execution with a focus on quality and credible reporting. This role offers meaningful impact in renewable energy delivery and collaboration across stakeholders.
Responsabilità
- Technical Due Diligence for PV and BESS projects in development, construction, and operation
- Energy Yield Assessment (pre- and post-construction)
- Project Construction Monitoring and on-site inspections
- Desktop analyses and cross-disciplinary coordination
- Liaising with clients and external partners
- Preparation of clear, detailed technical reports and presentations
- Travel to client sites as required
- Support for permitting procedures and contract reviews
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience in the renewables energy sector (engineering or consultancy)
- Experience in technical due diligence with permitting, contractual review, and technical/design evaluations
- Experience in energy yield assessment, layout optimization, and site inspections
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and emails
- Ability to work independently and with teams, and to travel
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; on-site and site-based work readiness
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency with PV software tools is a plus
