Overview
In this role you drive Product Assurance for institutional space projects, ensuring adherence to requirements and the Quality Management System. You’ll interface with customers and project teams to manage Non-Conformities, define the PA plan, and lead QA activities across internal and supplier organizations. You contribute to risk management, continuous improvement, and lessons learned, while reporting quality status to stakeholders. Responsabilità
- Implement and maintain the Project PA Plan aligned with PA requirements
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations
- Interface with Customer Quality representatives and project management on PA matters
- Coordinate QA team activities and flow-down of PA requirements
- Prepare and approve project Quality documents and ensure proper reporting to Customer/PMO
- Manage non-conformities and ensure visibility with customers and suppliers
- Participate in project meetings/reviews with quality input
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Exercise alerts and veto rights per processes
- Contribute to risk management and proactive quality contributions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7 years’ experience in Space Domain (nice to have)
- 5 years in Quality (preferably Project/Product PA)
- Deep knowledge of ECSS
- Ability to interface at management level
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate and delegate effectively
- Proactive, open-minded
- Fluency in English
