Overview

In this role you will design and roll out global retail training to support performance across markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent training tools, manage e‑learning programs, and measure effectiveness through KPIs. You develop frameworks for seasonal collections and induction tools, and lead workshops including Train the Trainer while managing the training budget. You contribute to a culture of growth, craftsmanship and innovation at ZEGNA by shaping how teams learn and perform.

Responsabilità

- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create standardized training deployment tools and procedures
- Manage rollout of global e-learning programs and support local teams
- Monitor training effectiveness via KPI and metrics
- Develop global and local Retail Training frameworks (modules, guidelines, workshops, eBooks, teaching guides) for seasonal collections and induction tools




- Identify learning needs via analyses (sales performance, job roles, surveys, market research, interviews) and produce personalized reports
- Deliver and conduct workshops, including Train the Trainer sessions
- Manage department budget and allocate resources based on training priorities

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 4 years of retail training experience on a global scale
- University degree
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Experience designing multiple corporate training events; training delivery a plus
- Knowledge of eLearning software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-reliance and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Passion for innovation in learning activities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
