Overview
As a Retail Business Consultant you will drive the expansion and performance of the First Stop Network across the assigned area, partnering with dealers and internal teams to boost profitability and service quality. You will recruit and onboard new partners, develop multi-year growth plans, and implement Store Improvement Plan initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive network development to deliver sustainable network value.
Responsabilità
- Boost network expansion by recruiting prospects and onboarding partners
- Develop and monitor multi-year plans for development of customers
- Support onboarding, monitoring, and development of partners
- Share business insights with recruited dealers and nurture existing partners
- Drive profitability by increasing POS sales and managing dealer support
- Organize local meetings with partner suppliers and present commercial terms
- Set targets for partner suppliers and assess area/dealer strengths and weaknesses
- Define and support Store Improvement Plan implementations leveraging Network Value Proposition
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years in retail, business development, key account, or sales/after sales roles with targets
- Experience in retail, tyre, or automotive sectors as a plus
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, market trends, and operational metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- IT literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with social media tools
- Italian native; English intermediate mandatory
- Willingness to travel up to 70% and operate autonomously
