Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain full-stack solutions with contemporary frontend and backend stacks
- Own projects end-to-end from inception to delivery, taking responsibility for scope and quality
- Collaborate with design, product, and client teams to ensure seamless integration
- Propose technologies, improvements, and best practices; contribute to internal guidelines
- Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes
- Support and mentor colleagues when needed
- Engage with customers directly to align solutions with requirements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven passion for writing software
- Proficiency in at least one frontend stack and one backend stack (e.g., React.js with Node.js or React.js with Java)
- Experience with frameworks such as Next.js, Express.js, SpringBoot or Quarkus
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation
- Solid grounding in relational and NoSQL databases, design patterns and OOP
- Experience in automated testing
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Team collaboration and cross-functional communication
- UX sensibility and user-focused thinking
