In this role, you will act as a key technical lead—designing scalable solutions, translating complex business needs into technical specifications, and driving platform innovation through AI integration and modern best practices. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullibSolution Architecture Execution: /b Design, configure, and deliver long-term, scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions following platform health guidelines and technical standards. /lilibWorkshop Facilitation: /b Assess current-state client processes, lead technical workshops, and define optimal future-state architectures. /lilibTechnical Quality Governance: /b Translate business requirements into user stories, review/validate code, perform unit testing, and oversee partner or client development teams.
