Overview

In this role you will act as the finance partner to project teams in Milan, overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and cash flow for key projects. You will produce financial reports and dashboards, provide variance analyses, and support the Country Finance Manager with insights. The position sits at the intersection of finance and project delivery, enabling disciplined financial management across construction/EPC initiatives. This is a chance to contribute to METLEN's sustainability-driven growth and international projects.

Responsabilità

- Finance representative on project teams, collaborating with Project Managers
- Monitor budgets, track financial performance, and perform variance analysis
- Manage project cash flow, forecast accurately,



and ensure timely vendor payments
- Prepare and submit financial reports, dashboards, and progress updates
- Support the Country Finance Manager with reporting and financial insights

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree in Finance or Accounting (5+ years in financial management)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and accounting for long-term projects
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
