Overview
In this role, you will oversee the global SaaS migration for Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik’s customers, moving legacy deployments and commercial models to the cloud. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to execute migrations at scale, balancing commercial, technical, and operational needs. You will lead governance, capacity planning, and risk management to realize business value. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic impact on customers’ cloud transitions and ARR realization.
Responsabilità
- Migrate legacy to cloud commercial models and orchestrate on-premise migrations
- Lead the global SaaS migration roadmap and establish a central Migration Execution Office
- Define governance structures, KPIs, dashboards, and risk management for migrations
- Plan capacity, resource allocation, and readiness across participating functions
- Oversee end-to-end customer migration execution (technical and commercial) for on-premise and cloud
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of migration methodologies and playbooks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transitions, or similar programs
- Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations
