Overview

As Functional Training Coordinator, you shape and execute training strategy for fintech-specific competencies within Product Compliance. You design role-based curricula for domains like payments, KYC/AML, licensing, and consumer protection, coordinating internal experts and external providers. You ensure materials stay current with evolving products and regulations while measuring impact to continuously improve onboarding and capability across teams. This role offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to scale regulatory learning in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilità

- Assess learning needs and translate regulatory and product changes into capability gaps and a training strategy
- Design and own role-based curricula for fintech domains (payments, lending, KYC/AML, licensing, consumer protection)
- Coordinate and deliver training with internal SMEs and external providers, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications




- Keep training content aligned with regulatory updates and collaborate with Corporate Learning & Development
- Track participation, outcomes, and program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and onboarding support

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 2 years in learning & development, enablement, or program/project management, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Working understanding of financial regulations and fintech landscape to translate changes into learning needs
- Proactive, program-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate experts and vendors
- Ability to take ownership and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance, FinCrime, etc.
- Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and measuring learning effectiveness; instructional design or compliance/risk background is a plus
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
