You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to ensure reliable, on-time service delivery. You’ll shape team development, optimize coverage, and pursue continuous improvement to meet customer needs and business goals. Responsabilità
- Lead and coach a team of Field Service Engineers across territories
- Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services
- Drive performance via KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement
- Maintain safety, policy, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support,
and Logistics for seamless service delivery
- Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point
- Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing
Requisiti fondamentali
- Formal engineering qualification in a related field
- Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical/engineering environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
