Overview

In this role you support project delivery as the PM’s right hand, coordinating interfaces and steering execution. You establish and maintain the project schedule, ensuring alignment across teams and timely decision-making. You lead collaboration and maintain momentum to achieve on-time delivery. You communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and adapt your message to the audience. This position offers the chance to work within an international, multi-disciplinary environment on railway projects with tangible mobility impact.

Responsabilità

- Support the Project Manager or Sub-System Manager and lead when needed
- Act as central connector of project interfaces and drive delivery through robust scheduling
- Foster collaboration, maintain momentum, and deliver excellence within the project team
- Communicate efficiently across levels and adapt style to audience
- Own and provide accurate scheduling information to support on-time delivery (OTD)
- Develop and maintain the area-specific project schedule (internal/external)
- Facilitate synchronization of internal stakeholders




- Define tender preparation schedule and monitor submissions
- Detail tender schedules using Reference Library, templates, gap analyses, and tender strategy

Requisiti fondamentali

- Project management or industrial background
- Experience with tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain interfaces
- Project scheduler experience or scheduling processes
- Microsoft Project, Primavera or other planning tools
- Basic knowledge of railway products; strong understanding of Sub-System
- Ability to adapt schedules, run simulations, and handle changing goals
- Rigorous, structured, and proactive planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player
- Collaborative management style
- Able to challenge the team and take initiative
