Overview

In this role you drive the plant's Continuous Improvement culture by coaching managers and teams to achieve business goals using Lean and Six Sigma. You translate corporate CI strategy into plant-level action and collaborate with the senior management team to lift performance. You will lead kaizen events, deploy assessments, and track savings and progress with scorecards. The role offers meaningful impact through quality, cost, delivery, and safety improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilità

- Embed a Continuous Improvement culture across the plant by leading direct and indirect teams
- Communicate and deploy corporate CI goals, scorecards, and priorities at plant level
- Coach functional managers using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable results
- Deploy OEB assessments, identify improvement areas, and mentor leaders through execution
- Plan and deliver CI capability building, including Lean training, kaizen events,



and hands-on learning
- Drive kaizen activity with quality, scoring, and visible results
- Track CI savings, engagement, and project progress via OIP and scorecards
- Implement plant-wide lean tools to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools in manufacturing
- Experience leading culture change and coaching managers and teams
- Experience managing kaizen events, CI metrics, and savings validation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience
