Overview
In this role you drive sustainable growth within the Mass Market & Distribution EMEA by shaping distributor partnerships and aligning them to NXP targets. You define regional focus based on growth potential and lead demand creation, commercial and technical requests from customers. You are fully accountable for POS and DWIN results across distribution branches, delivering growth in line with corporate goals. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set and execute strategic partner plans and drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Manage channel relationships and prioritize distributor engagements with jointly agreed plans
- Create and own regional business plans with distributor offices
- Collaborate on joint activities with partners (trainings, seminars)
- Build and maintain customer relationships together with channel partners
- Interact with regional customers and distributors' decision makers
- Identify and win new opportunities across the full portfolio
- Deliver commercial results aligned with NXP targets and coordinate internal resources to exceed market growth
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years in semiconductor Sales, Field Application or Marketing
- 3–5 years of high-tech B2B sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English
- Ability to explain complex technical content to business partners
- Autonomous working style with prioritization skills
- Strategic thinking to manage distributors and grow the business
- Capacity to engage at various levels within distributors, partners and customers
- High flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability
- Location: North of Italy; willingness to travel frequently
