Responsabilità
- Analyze workforce requirements and capacity to align with workloads and production volumes
- Monitor productivity and KPIs, identifying gaps between planned and actual results
- Conduct time studies and maintain standard operating times
- Develop and sustain operational standards, procedures, and work methods
- Identify and evaluate process improvements to support cost reduction
- Lead continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and assist implementation of operational excellence
- Provide cross-functional analytical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR for data-driven decisions
- Contribute to SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and workload optimization
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (minimum: Bachelor in Engineering)
- 3+ years’ experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of production processes
- Proficiency in reporting tools, process analysis, and understanding operative performance
