As Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst in Milan, you will lead global people cost planning and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive data-driven planning and performance insights. You’ll shape budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring, while advancing HR reporting tools and automation. This role blends finance, HR analytics, and cross-functional influence to support sustainable growth.

Responsabilità
- Lead global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes
- Monitor headcount and personnel costs, analyze variances and key cost drivers
- Support workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning
- Develop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data
- Define and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs
- Deliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Support the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency
- Partner with IT to drive automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics
Requisiti fondamentali
- >8 years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- Proficient in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel and BI tools
- Power BI or equivalent; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
- Known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail
