Overview

As a Data Handling Engineer at Thales Alenia Space in Rome, you will translate customer needs into robust data and control solutions. You will work within a cross-functional team to define specifications, architecture, and test strategies, supporting integration and validation activities. You’ll design and demonstrate command and control system architectures, collaborating closely with customers to ensure coherent system performance. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge space systems and a path to advance through diverse domains within a leading aerospace group.

Responsabilità

- analyse customer needs through studies, simulations, and prototypes
- formalise specifications and architectures for client solutions
- plan and execute integration,



verification, and validation tests
- define system-level test plans and procedures
- ensure coherence of system design and interfaces
- design the command and control system architecture
- demo the solution to the customer

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- fluent English (C1 or higher)
- proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering and IVVQ activities
- continuous learning and willingness to develop expertise in conception, development, testing, integration or validation
- team player with ability to mentor and share knowledge
