pSPV Project Contract Manager /ppstrongLocation: /strong Milan, Italy (Hybrid) /ppstrongSalary: /strong Up to €80,000 /ppbr / /ppAre you an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to contract management, project finance and renewable energy infrastructure? /ppbr / /ppPiper Maddox are working with an innovative and rapidly growing renewable energy company looking to appoint an strongSPV Project Contract Manager /strong to support the delivery of its growing portfolio of energy projects in Italy. /ppbr / /ppThis is a highly cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of strongproject delivery, contracts, finance and development /strong. You will take ownership of projects from the point they enter the backlog stage through to COD, ensuring they are delivered strongon time, on budget and in line with all contractual obligations /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppAs the SPV Project Contract Manager, you will act in the interests of each Project Company (SPV), coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, lenders and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /ppbr / /ppYou will play a key role in identifying and mitigating project risks, managing contractual relationships and supporting projects through financial close and construction. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliTake accountability for the successful delivery of multiple renewable energy projects from backlog stage through to COD. /liliManage the handover of projects from Business Origination and coordinate the contractual and commercial requirements of each SPV. /liliReview and manage key project agreements, including PPAs, grid connection agreements, EPC and OM contracts. /liliIdentify contractual risks and deviations and develop mitigation strategies to protect the interests of the SPV.
/liliWork closely with EPC Project Managers to ensure contracts are structured appropriately and projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations. /liliCoordinate with Project Finance teams and external lenders throughout the financial close process. /liliManage SPV budgets, cash flow monitoring, guarantees and lender reporting. /liliSupport project acquisition due diligence and manage post-acquisition development activities. /liliCoordinate external advisors, consultants and service providers to ensure projects are developed efficiently and cost-effectively. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We#39;re Looking For /strong /pullistrong5+ years of experience /strong in project management, contract management or project development within renewable energy or energy infrastructure. /liliStrong understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle, from development through to construction and COD. /liliExperience working with strongEPC, OM, PPA and grid connection agreements /strong. /liliExposure to strongproject finance and financial close processes /strong. /liliStrong commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. /liliExperience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. /liliA degree in Engineering, Management Engineering or a related discipline. /lilistrongFluent Italian and English /strong are essential.
