As Europe Finance Manager, you will oversee core finance processes across the region, including consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will work closely with country leaders to ensure financial accuracy and timely compliance. The role blends accounting expertise with cross-border collaboration on systems and process improvements. You’ll drive insights through financial analysis and supporting audit and tax activities, shaping regional financial performance. Responsabilità
- Consolidate monthly management accounts and prepare regional reporting
- .Forecast and budget in line with deadlines; support year-end reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary and financial analysis
- Reconcile balance sheets for assigned entities
- Coordinate with country MDs and project teams on financial performance and forecasts
- Manage electronic invoicing (SDI) and oversee SDI system operations
- Monitor vendor setup, payments,
and liaise with external accountants on tax matters
- Ensure local tax/VAT compliance and statutory reporting; coordinate with external accountant
- Support audits of yearly financial statements; liaise with auditors
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects (new systems, acquisitions, cross-border initiatives) and system configurations
- Assist with onboarding of new entities and updating consolidation templates
- Adhere to SOX controls where applicable
- Collaborate across Europe Finance to support the team and integration efforts
Requisiti fondamentali
- Qualified Accountant with 3+ years of experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Italian language and English proficiency essential
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Strong collaboration and teamwork
