Responsabilità
- lead end-to-end deals for complex, multi-tower, multi-million opportunities
- craft winning propositions and coordinate bid submissions with technical and documents teams
- lead contract negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for both client and company
- compile, refine,
and own final proposal documents and present technical content concisely
- establish governance and reporting to monitor deal success
- standardize pitches across a diverse portfolio and align propositions with market needs
- collaborate with internal stakeholders and executives to advance opportunities from qualification to close
Requisiti fondamentali
- extensive public sector sales experience
- strong relationship management with customers and ecosystem players
- deep knowledge of Consip Framework Agreements
- proven track record in conceptualizing and executing bid activities
- 12 years of experience in leading customer negotiations
- fluent in English and Italian
- able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multi-stakeholder processes
