Overview
In this Senior Consultant role, you drive revenue and profitability for FMCG clients through RGM and category management. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tailored RGM outputs and actionable recommendations. You’ll manage end-to-end projects, leveraging NIQ data and analytics to inform pricing and promotion decisions. Based in Milan with hybrid work, you join an international team and have opportunities to expand into Category Management projects.

Responsabilità
- Support FMCG clients to optimize pricing and promotion strategies, primarily for Italian manufacturers with opportunities across Western Europe
- Lead end-to-end RGM projects including timelines, internal coordination, and client communication
- Partner with commercial and executive client teams to provide clear insights and recommendations
- Translate business needs into tailored RGM outputs for diverse audiences (RGM, Category, Consumer Insights, Sales, Leadership)
- Utilize NIQ data, tools, and PowerPoint to address business questions via pricing,
promotion, and revenue analysis
- Convert analytical results into clear, business-focused presentations
- Deliver insights in client meetings (in-person and online)
- Contribute to internal initiatives and NIQ objectives
- Possibility to expand into Category Management projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in a similar role or business area
- Solid FMCG experience, ideally in RGM or Category Management
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers
- Excellent business relationship and communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills
- Consulting-style communication with ability to simplify insights and tell a clear story
- Comfort with digital/data-driven environments and AI as a tool
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
