Overview

In this role you lead R&D programs by developing integrated development plans and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive drug development programs forward. You will align Preclinical, Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and CMC activities, ensuring timely delivery within agreed budgets and timelines. You help manage governance, risk, and CRO performance to keep programs audit-ready. This position offers the opportunity to shape development strategy in a dynamic, science-driven environment. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful development milestones.

Responsabilità

- Develop and maintain integrated development plans (IDPs) for R&D; drug development programs in collaboration with functional teams across Preclinical, Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and CMC
- Lead and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs, tracking critical path activities and progress
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and governance by coordinating meetings, actions, decisions, risks, and timely reporting
- Implement and maintain project management processes, tools,



and documentation standards; oversee CRO performance and external provider engagement; ensure records are complete and audit-ready

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in drug development or related R&D; environments
- Strong understanding of drug development processes (preclinical and clinical) and biopharmaceutical industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with computer-based tools
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and make timely decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive results
- Proficiency in integrated project planning and timeline management, including advanced use of Microsoft Project and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, O365 SharePoint, Veeva)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Fluency in English
