Responsabilità
- Collaborate across teams and clients to drive strategic communication and build relationships
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize client data to inform ranking changes
- Prepare materials for committee reviews and timely ranking releases
- Publish rationales, analyses, market commentaries, and industry reports
- Coordinate with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing to ensure integrity and transparency of rankings
- Maintain accuracy of internal systems supporting the rankings process and assist analysts as needed
- Build cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration across the organization
- Adhere to office presence requirements (2 days per week)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, operations, business management, communications, or English
- 4+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, operations, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or credit
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a global, multicultural team
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder influence
- Analytical, problem solving, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and AI; advanced Excel preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and ensure data accuracy
- Solid customer service orientation and client relationship management
- Willingness and ability to travel
