Overview
In this role you will develop medium- to long-term production plans for manufacturing projects, aligning fabrication sequences with resource availability and schedules. You will collaborate with the Component Delivery Manager team to mitigate delays and optimize throughput, ensuring on‑time delivery and cost efficiency. The position is onsite in Monfalcone, Italy, reporting to the Head of Operations and contributing to project execution in a safety- and quality‑driven environment. You will shape schedules, monitor critical paths, and implement recovery plans to keep projects on track.

Responsabilità
- Develop medium- and long-term plans for one or more manufacturing projects and maintain the Project Master Schedule
- Assign lead times and resources to operations to meet customer milestones
- Identify and monitor the project critical path and support the Component Delivery Manager team
- Control and expedite project execution and track progress against plan
- Define and follow up on recovery plans to minimize disruptions
- Prepare and issue planning and reporting outputs (schedules, workload analysis, progress tracking, variance reporting)
- Identify bottlenecks or resource overloads and propose mitigation or recovery actions
- Support timely decision‑making for manufacturing activities to ensure continuity of operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk, and security policies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning (junior level)
- Experience as Manufacturing/Production Planner in an industrial environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Project, Word) and Primavera or similar scheduling software
- Experience working in a team environment supporting Project/Operations Managers
- English proficiency at an intermediate level
