The Role
As Curriculum Leader, you’ll be the pedagogical guide of the service — supporting educators to deliver programs that honour every child’s voice and potential.
- Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
- Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation.
- Ensure inspiring environments that reflect culture and community.
- Facilitate professional development and critical reflection.
- Partner with families and community to extend learning.
- Support quality improvement and assessment & rating readiness.
