Your seat to fill
- Lead the full apparel product lifecycle—from concept, range planning, and briefing through design, development, and finalization - Translate market insights, trend analysis, and consumer needs into clear product strategies and briefs - Partner closely with Design, Development, and Sourcing to ensure product quality, cost targets, and margin objectives are achieved - Monitor line architecture and product performance to ensure consistency with brand positioning and business goals - Manage complex, cross-functional product creation calendars and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope - Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project momentum - Facilitate effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders, including design, sourcing, marketing, and operations - Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for assigned product categories, ensuring readiness across all teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) - Define launch strategies, timelines, and critical paths to ensure flawless product introduction - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure cohesive storytelling, pricing,
and assortment strategies - Evaluate post-launch performance and derive insights for continuous improvement Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, or related field - Several years of professional experience in apparel product management or a related field within the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industry - Proven track record of managing the product creation process from concept to market, including building processes and routines from scratch - Strong project management skills, including experience with cross-functional stakeholder alignment and timeline management - Deep understanding of Go-to-Market processes and the interdependencies between product, marketing, and sales functions - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills - Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, and presentation tools;
experience with data-driven decision-making is a plus - Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
