Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure for a platform serving a large user base. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure components for a cloud-based platform.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security through monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Lead initiatives to improve platform scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement infrastructure changes and upgrades.
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management, deployment, and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, full sentence
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, full sentence
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, full sentence
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies, full sentence
- Familiarity with Linux systems administration and shell scripting
