The Indirect Tax Team Indirect taxes are complex and can create significant cost, risk, and operational burden if not managed effectively. Our team provides practical, commercially focused VAT advice to help clients navigate these challenges.
We support clients across the full lifecycle of their business, with a strong focus on transactions, restructurings, and supply chain optimisation. This includes advising on the VAT implications of M&A;, due diligence, deal structuring, and post‑acquisition integration, as well as identifying opportunities to improve VAT efficiency.
We work closely with clients to manage cross-border VAT
