ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
As Production Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs
- Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;
- Management of quality KPIs
- Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism.
- Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
- Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…);
- Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
- Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment’s area budget
- Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences.
- Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- You have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar roles
- Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes
- Project Management and Lean Production
- Knowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
- IT & numerical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Reporting
- You are capable to work on several tasks simultaneously
- You have strong People Management skills
- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
- You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
