About The Role
As a member of Smartness' Sales team for the Italian Market, you will be part of a cohesive, high-performing team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 hospitality software in the region.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term position, based in one of our offices in Arco, Milan or Barcelona.
What Will You Do?
- Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. You will articulate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects.
- Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartness is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
- Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read your pipeline, using some of the best and most advanced sales tools on the market.
- Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target, supported by a performance-based premio plan.
What We're Looking For
- Italian as a mother tongue.
- Good English skills, B2 level - we are an international company, so you need to be able to understand and interact with others effectively.
